Dozy Mmobuosi, is a distinguished technology entrepreneur and advocate for technological advancement & social upliftment in Africa and beyond.
Mr. Mmobuosi is the Founder of Tingo Mobile, Africa’s leading Agri-Fintech company with its device-as-a-service platform aimed at accelerating digital commerce in Africa. Tingo Mobile is listed on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange in New York.
He is also the Founder/CEO of two prominent US corporations, Tingo, Inc., & Tingo International Holdings, Inc. (TIH) an investment firm focused on identifying and making targeted acquisitions across the technology sector.
OluwaTosin Mmobuosi

OluwaTosin Mmobuosi is a philanthropist, businesswoman, and advocate for women and children. As co-chair of The Dozy Mmobuosi foundation, she shapes and approves the organization’s strategies and overall direction, reviews results, and works with management to further the foundation’s goal of offering solutions to critical structural problems affecting rural communities in Africa.
Through her work at the foundation, OluwaTosin has seen firsthand that empowering women and children can transform the health and prosperity of families, communities, and societies.
OluwaTosin Mmobuosi earned a bachelor’s degree in music and media Management from London Metropolitan University. She spent the earlier years of her career working with record labels and managing talents before leaving the industry to focus on her family and philanthropic work.
Dr Christopher Cleverly
DIRECTOR
Dr. Christopher Cleverly serves as the President of Tingo Inc, and as a member of the Board of Directors. After completing a law degree at Kings College London LLB, Chris was called to the Bar in 1990, following which he established Trafalgar Chambers on Fleet Street, becoming “the youngest head of barristers’ chambers in the last century” according to the Sunday Times. During this period Mr Cleverly was a regular presenter on Channel 4 and contributor to the other main channels, radio and newspapers.
Since then, he has been board member of a number of companies in UK, India, China and Africa both listed on regulated exchanges and private in a number of sectors. As CEO of Made In Africa Foundation.
Ebuwa Martins Agbonwaneten

Ebuwa Martins Agbonwaneten, a prominent Nigerian business executive, boasts over 20 years of trailblazing experience in brand development, media and communications, and corporate entertainment. He attended the esteemed University of Benin and The Pencils Film & Television Institute. From the Executive Director of Legendary Gold Ltd, Ebuwa’s visionary expertise has made an indelible mark. His influence extends internationally through co-producing The Nigeria Fashion Show, The Nigeria Fashion Week, The Nigeria Entertainment Awards, and The Nigeria Model Awards.
His profound dedication is exemplified through pivotal roles in Customer Relationship Management, as a dynamic business development expert, and as an esteemed Executive Director. Ebuwa’s leadership as Chief Executive Officer at White Martinz Production Limited, Country Director for Soundcity TV Ghana, and General Manager of Ovation TV has been transformative. Additionally, Ebuwa has successfully served as General Manager for Sellmedia Group (Event4Brands) and as a managing partner at Incentive Media Limited.
Today, He is one of the Board Members of Equity Specialist Clinics and Diagnostic Centre also as Chief Executive Officer for The Dozy Mmobuosi Foundation and Tingo Media Limited, Ebuwa drives impactful initiatives, leaving a legacy of visionary leadership.
